Our zucchini finally grew enough to eat! I barely rescued the zucchini from the Mason, though, who already chowed down on one while playing in the yard. But how can you yell at your kid for eating green vegetables?!
We made a great zucchini bread from this recipe at the blog Over Cocktails, which is a favorite of mine for recipes and dinner ideas and local restaurants. I substituted Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour for the regular flour with no problemo.
