Still nesting … cause I’m stiiiiill pregnant

Today was our official due date and not much to report.  I’m doing what I can, people.  So in order to keep occupied, I’m going to bake a cobbler.

The recipe I found on Apartment Therapy is super-simple:  combine equal parts flour and sugar, mix in butter and put on top of fruit.  We have three-quarters of a fresh pineapple that wasn’t very good so I’m going to combine it with some other fruit we’ve got in the freezer.

UPDATE:  Thanks to Chrissy, it turned out okay.  I used frozen blueberries and the pineapple, which were good. I added an egg to the topping, which wasn’t cooking till Chrissy suggested bumping the temp up to 375.  Nice work, Chris.
